ParticipantStrange bug. When creating a new event with a new organizer. Every time I click “save draft” on the event a new draft is created for the same new organizer. Until I publish the event the drafts continue to be created. http://anywhere5k.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Screen-Shot-2012-06-11-at-2.25.11-PM.png

MemberGood catch here, Chris – my guess is that this is a byproduct of some changes we made to venue/organizer functionality when we launched Facebook Events 1.0 last week. I’ve got Paul (our lead dev on the project) looking at it now so we can revert back for July’s maintenance release.
That’s 2 you’ve spotted so far. Thanks for finding these and bringing them to our attention…and for being patient as we work to get them fixed 🙂 Let me know what else I can do.

ParticipantHi- we just purchased the The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets vs 1.0.1 plug-in and are also having an issue with the event organizer. We have different organizers (i.e. staff) for each event and the plug-in does not seem to import the various organizers correctly from Eventbrite so we have been trying to change them manually within each WordPress event, and for some reason, each time we change one event organizer, all of our events then update to show the same organizer. For example, if I enter [email protected] into one event, all of the events then automatically update to use her email in the organizer field.

MemberHi there Jennifer. Thanks for the note here, and sorry to hear you’re having an inconvenience. This is an odd issue and definitely not the intended behavior of the plugin. Can you provide some specific steps to recreate, or a screencast showing the process? I’m not quite sure how to recreate on my end.
Also, since this relates to Eventbrite more than Events Calendar PRO…I’m moving this thread over to that forum accordingly.

MemberActually, Jennifer…I see that this thread was started by Chris so I’m going to leave it here so as not to confuse him. If you’d be so kind to create a new thread with the information I requested, over at the Eventbrite Tickets thread that is accessible from the right-hand menu on this page, it’d be most appreciated. Thanks!
