ParticipantHi,
My events disappear as I scroll back and forth through the months. I notice other discussion on this issue but do not see a fix. I have disabled all the plugins and still have the problem

THANK YOU

ParticipantHi, millie6. This is a great question! 🙂
I just took a look at your site, and no matter how many times I scroll through October through December, all the events stay visible. This leads me to believe that there’s caching involved.
Have you tried clearing your browser cache/history?

ParticipantHi Kelly,
It actually happens when you get to Feb 2014, move maroch then back to Feb, from there is is all down hill 🙂
I have cleared the cache several times as I thought that was the issue

ParticipantOK, I do definitely see that it’s happening for February, 2014. Thanks for helping me find that.
I’ve certainly never seen such an isolated issue. where only one month’s events disappear like that. Were you able to reproduce the behavior in one of the default WordPress themes, like Twenty Twelve?
Also, I’d appreciate it if you could follow up with your System Info, which is a detailed specification of what’s running on your site for our troubleshooting purposes. To find it, click on “Events” in the left sidebar of the Admin interface. In the subheadings under “Events”, you should now see “Help”. Click on that, and scroll to the bottom of the page that is takes you to. There, you’ll see a box with a black background. Please copy all of the text there using ctrl-a (Windows) or cmd-a (Mac), and paste it in a reply to this thread.

ParticipantThanks, millie6. Thanks for the info.
Would you please confirm whether or not this behavior continues when you deactivate all other plugins and change to a theme like Twenty Twelve?

ParticipantHi, millie6. I just wanted to get back to you with an update.
This appears to be related to months that have fewer days than the current day of the month is, e.g. yesterday, that was only February, but today, you’ll see that November is affected.
That said, our developers are looking into the cause as I type. I’ll let you know when I have news about what we can do for you. At least the problem will be “fixed” (or dormant) for several weeks starting tomorrow, which should give us time to figure out a solution.
Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention! 🙂

ParticipantHi, burnhamrichards. Thanks for letting us know. It’s always good to have confirmation that something is not an isolated issue.
We have indeed found the culprit in our code and have a fix in the works. It may be that you’ll need to wait until our next release, which is just around the corner, but the good news is that after midnight, the issue will go away (lie dormant) until the end of November, so it shouldn’t affect you before the fix is out.
Sorry that you have to deal with this for now. Thanks again for bringing it to our attention! 🙂

MemberHi millie6,
I just wanted to give you a quick update here. We did not get a chance to look further into this issue for the upcoming version 3.2 release. However, it is still very much a priority for us and will be included in a maintenance release when we have the resources to allow it. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
Best,
