ParticipantHi there,
It appears that the events are not displaying in the admin panel. I have tried disabling plugins as well as pushing to one of the core themes and nothing brings the list back. Any thoughts would be helpful.
Best,

ParticipantJason,
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Can you verify that The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO plugins are both installed and activated on your site? Can you also verify that you’re running the latest version of WordPress (3.8.1)? If both of those are true and you’re still having this issue, could you send me a screenshot so I can investigate a bit further? Thanks! π

ParticipantI just wanted to follow up and see if youβre all set here or if you still have further questions. Just let me know if you need further help or if I should go ahead and close out this thread. Thanks! π

ParticipantHi Casey,
Thanks for following up, and sorry for the delay. I was sick π
Yes, I am running both plugins and am running WordPress 3.8.1.
Attaching a screenshot doesn’t seem possible here, so including links. The really weird part is that the items aren’t displaying if they are published, but are there in draft. Thanks!

ParticipantSorry you were under the weather, but hopefully you’re feeling better now! π Can you try deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue? If so, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover.
Thanks! π

ParticipantHi Casey,
I have tried that, as well as reverting to a base theme, to see if anything was causing the issue. No luck. Could it be the server isn’t powerful enough for your plugin?
Thanks,

ParticipantJason,
Can you try clicking the ‘Clear’ button below the Filters dropdown, then navigate away from the Events screen and come back? Sometimes this can reset any “Stuck” filters. Give that a try and let me know if it does the trick. Thanks! π-Casey-

ParticipantNo dice there. It seems that it is just the number that is causing the problem? I can see things in draft 1) and in the trash (8). Published is still coming up blank but there are (39) events.
Thanks for the help!

ParticipantOk, last troubleshooting step to eliminate all other variables… Could you try temporarily switching to the default 2013 theme to see if this fixes things? Sometimes third-party themes can register their own WordPress custom post types, and conflict with the plugin.
Give that a shot, and let me know if I need to investigate further. Thanks! π

ParticipantOk, I tried that and still no dice. Let me know what access you’d like or need. I upgraded the server, disabled and re-enabled all plugins one at a time (even with all plugins disabled I was still not able to access the events screen). Any assistance would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Jason

Just send me a private reply with an admin login to your site. That way I can verify and troubleshoot further. Thanks! π-Casey-
