    Hi there,

I installed both events calendar pro and woo tickets today. Very happy with how things are going considering my lack of knowledge of wordpress/website design! I seem to have an issue with the rendering of the calendar which seems to fix itself after the first navigation away from it (i.e. going from april to may and then back to april). I have absolutely no clue as to what is causing it. Would appreciate any help/ideas to solve this.

    Many thanks!
    Matt

Just thought I’d add… Have tried it using the ‘Default Events Template’ which doesn’t cause the issue I am having. The issue occurs with the full width template for WooThemes Empire. Any ideas how to make this compatible as the ‘Default Events Template’ would look wrong on my site.
    Many thanks

There are a couple of ways you might approach this, but the easiest is probably to tweak the default events template so it matches the look and feel of your theme.

I can’t make any promises, but if you send a copy of your theme across (FAO Barry [email protected]) then I’ll take a look and see if any quick fixes jump out at me 🙂

Hi bm45 … just to be clear – the problem with the default page template you are referring to (when the calendar first loads) is the zebra striping pattern, where one row has a white background and the next has a blue background?

… If that’s so, the first thing to do is read up on theming the calendar and template overrides in particular.

In this case all you probably need to override is the events.css file. So, copy the original and try adding these lines of code to the bottom of that file. You’ll hopefully then have a better experience with the default page template and gridview.
