ParticipantHi Tom,
Did you input your EB API key in Users > Your Profile? You must do this first. Then, when you go to Events > Add New you should see the Eventbrite options here: http://cl.ly/image/313N1q1T3r18
I hope that helps but let me know if you need anything else.

ParticipantThanks Jonah
That’s the only part that indicates the plug-in exists, but I cannot see any evidence of EB options anywhere else 🙁September 20, 2012 at 11:09 am #25467Jonah
ParticipantHi Tom,
So you’re not seeing the EB ticket options when creating a new event? Have you tried deactivating all other plugins to see if there’s a conflict? Are you running the latest version of all our plugins? Please provide me as much detail as possible.
Thanks,

ParticipantI deactivated all plugins and then activated only the 3 event related ones. It made no difference.
The PRO plugin was updated yesterday. This is what I have now:
Eventbrite for The Events Calendar
Version 1.6 | Visit plugin site
The Events Calendar
Version 2.0.9 | By Modern Tribe, Inc.
The Events Calendar PRO

ParticipantHi Tom,
There is no version 1.6 for our Eventbrite plugin. Maybe you have another plugin installed? This is what it should look like in the plugins list: http://cl.ly/image/1L282N0q2U39
Please download the latest Eventbrite plugin from Account Central on our website: https://theeventscalendar.com/downloads/
Thanks,
JonahIs that what you see?

ParticipantBrilliant! Thanks Jonah!
No idea what happened there as I downloaded that again, uploaded and now it is the correct version etc, but the zips I downloaded are identical.
All working fine now, except if I try reactivating ANY other plug-in I get the same error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare the_event_ticket_count() (previously declared in /wp-content/plugins/eventbrite-for-the-events-calendar/template-tags.php:7) in /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-eventbrite-tickets/deprecated-template-tags.php on line 11September 20, 2012 at 2:26 pm #25489Jonah
ParticipantHi Tom,
It looks like you still have the other older plugin activated… Try deactivating it or completely removing the old one and that should work.

ParticipantThanks Jonah
No idea what went wrong there, but deleting and reinstalling both event pro and eventbrite rescued my blog from meltdown! I appreciate your help.

ParticipantHi Tom,
Sometimes that’s what it takes. Glad you worked it out. Let me know if there’s anything else you need help with.
