Event Tickets Plus renewal price

Hi,

Today I’ve got an email regarding the renewal of Event Tickets Plus Personal License.
I see that price is $ 89 the same as the first time license but I thought that renew a license had a discount, didn’t I ?
Maybe there is something wrong ?

Hey, thanks for writing in!

In regards to getting a promo, it sometimes automated. I would wait until you are closer to the renewal date to see if our system sends you out a coupon. Unfortunately I do not have a renewal coupon at this time.

We run a number of sales and promotions throughout the year and you can find the latest and greatest offers listed on our Deals, Coupons & Discounts! page.

If nothing there fits exactly what you’re looking for, I’d suggest either subscribing to our email newsletter or following us on Twitter because we also make those announcements there.

It totally depends on our marketing campaign at the time. However usually they will send out an incentive to renew but I can’t guarantee that because it can easily change.
