ParticipantWe cannot get the events settings to display on the left dashboard. We tried deactivating all plugins and no luck. We had a previous open ticket that wasn’t resolved. https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/edit-organizer/#post-97167

ParticipantI’m definitely seeing the issue that you’re describing here. Can you go ahead and deactivate all other plugins (besides The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO)? Then reply back here and I’ll login again to investigate further if any other errors are displaying. Standing by…

ParticipantThis is getting frustrating Casey. What time should I deactivate the plugins? Please reply. I am not going to leave the plugins deactivated for longer than I have to.

Participantfoxxr,
I’m definitely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and thanks for being patient. I was able to login to your site and temporarily deactivate your third-party theme, and activate the default 2013 theme. After doing this, the Events Menu Option displayed correctly (screenshot). While I wish I could say that the plugin seamlessly integrates with every theme out there, the reality is that custom themes have so many settings/options that it would be nearly impossible for us to account for all of those. As such, I would suggest that you reach out to the developer of your theme and have them investigate this issue further, since it looks like their custom Menu options are overriding the Events Calendar menu.
Our documentation is available if they need more detailed information about how the plugin works, and we’d also be happy to help answer further questions they might have while investigating why their theme is conflicting in this way.
Hopefully that helps, but let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! π

ParticipantIf my theme developer can’t fix the issue, can I get a refund on this product?

ParticipantYes. There was a setting with the theme to enable the traditional wordpress menu. Thanks for following up Casey.
