Event end time shows current time

Hi there…

Really strange problem here: A new event listed will somehow not show the correct end time in the list view and the single view and in the widget.

It shows the current time as the end time. This doesn’t always seem to happen when a new event is created, but we don’t know what does it. What do you suggest we could do about this? I could try updating the plugin, but I’m afraid my changes will be lost. Maybe you have a specific suggestion for a specific php file?

Do you have any modifications in place? Thanks also for checking this out with no other plugins activated and only a default, unmodified theme – did that make any difference?

I have a modification of the place where Wootickets is displayed (implemented a code you gave me), but I don’t think that’s the problem. It used to work, and apparently in some cases it is still working (says my client). Do you need the FTP or wordpress login maybe?

We’d prefer not to login unless absolutely necessary: can you confirm if this issue persists even with no other plugins activated and only a default, unmodified theme?

Can you remind me what that customization was?
