ParticipantHi there, I’ve now posted this 3 times with no help. Please help asap! I’m having an issue with the list view on our calendar displaying old dates. Today is Thursday and Tuesday events are showing up first in the list. These should be dropping off the calendar so that the current day shows first. I’ve checked with our hosting company and the server time is correct on their server (also checked in WordPress backend and it’s fine). Can you PLEASE HELP?

MemberHi Nicole, I’m sorry to hear that you feel you didn’t get the support you needed on the first few occasions that you contacted us, but I do think it is a little unfair to say that you received “no help”.
Jonah replied to you here but got no further response and Joyce helped you here – and you told her everything was fixed.
If the server date time and also the WordPress date time settings are fine, can you run through our standard troubleshooting steps? Please:
- Ensure that all of your Modern Tribe plugins are up to date
- Deactivate any other plugins
- Switch to a default and unmodified theme such as Twenty Eleven
- Now test and see if the problem has been resolved
I appreciate you checked the relevant boxes when you created this ticket to indicate that you had run through these steps, but sometimes people make a mistake or do not follow those steps in their entirety, so I just wanted to double-check that one.

MemberAre you also running the latest versions of our plugins (2.0.9 for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO)?
If so and you still aren’t having any joy here I’d be happy to take a look. I would need an admin login and FTP access either for the site in question or a testing site where you can replicate the same problem.
- We can’t accept liability for anything that goes wrong! So if you want us to take a look and do some troubleshooting make a complete back-up first of all and be sure you know how to restore it
- Be aware that I will run through the same standard troubleshooting steps we have already detailed above (changing the theme, deactivating other plugins) and possibly also uploading fresh copies of Modern Tribe plugins and even one of the default themes, so there is going to be an amount of disruption
- If you are happy with this plan, please email access details to us ([email protected]) and mark the email for my attention
