    My site’s event page is not displaying correctly at all. Please see attached. I need to fix this asap!

    Hey Tracie,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Looking at the screenshots, it appears that the styling of those elements doesn’t really match the styles provided within our plugin. You can verify this by switching to a default theme and seeing if the same layout issues persist with the default theme.

    If so, you can reach out to the theme developer to see if they have an update to address those particular issues or for help in removing those customizations from that part of the theme.

    I’m sorry I wasn’t able to give you a direct response here but hopefully it helps to get you pointed in the right direction.

    How do I switch to the default theme? Will I lose my current theme settings if I switch to the default one?

    I contacted the theme developer at CMSMasters where I purchased the theme from. I purchased the Sports Club theme http://themes.cmsmasters.net/?theme=sports-club&ref=cmsmasters. The event calendar on the demo looks great. I don’t know why it’s not working on mine

    I’ll followup when I get an answer from them

    Hey Tracie,

    Before switching themes, I would wait until you hear back from the developer.

    If their demo of the calendar is displaying differently from what you’re seeing, it’s probable that they have an updated version or have a suggestion for how to fix the layout that you’re seeing.
