    How do I add a user register when a person clicks on to add an event like you did in your demo below

    Tim,
    Thanks for reaching out. Are you asking how to enable user registrations on your site? If so, just go into your WordPress settings (By clicking this link on the left-hand side: http://d.pr/i/DM4e) and then click on ‘General’. Next, make sure you check ‘Anyone can register’ (http://d.pr/i/itAq) and set the default user role.
