ParticipantAfter updating to v3.0 and Pro 3.0.1, all my events are too wide, (by a few pixels,) causing all my right hand widgets to be pushed to the bottom of the page. How can I revert to the width of v2.0.11? See example here: https://www.sugarsync.com/pf/D7989244_62212196_487911
I’m using TheStyle theme from Elegant Themes and it worked great in v2.July 3, 2013 at 10:06 pm #53154Tim Stringer
ParticipantI’m having a similar issue. And this was working for me in Events Calendar 2.x.

ParticipantHi guys,
Sorry about the issues. @photodb, it looks like you might have cleared things up? Or am I wrong?
@technicallysimple – do you have a link you can share so I can check out what you’ve got going on? It’s likely you’re going to need to make some CSS adjustments. We changed a lot in this version and things look and work different throughout the plugin.July 4, 2013 at 4:42 pm #53364Tim Stringer
ParticipantJonah — Thanks for the follow-up. My URL is http://learndaylite.com/courses-webinars/ – I’m currently using the “Tribe Events Styles” and “Default Events Template” to avoid the sidebar issue…but I can temporarily change to the “Default Page Template” whenever you’re ready to have a look (I just don’t want to leave it in this state for very long as it doesn’t look very professional).

ParticipantHey @technicallysimple,
I can take a look now but I can’t guarantee how much longer I’ll be able to take a look…

ParticipantJonah — I just temporarily changed the Display settings to “Tribe Events Styles” and “Default Template”. If you browse to http://learndaylite.com/courses-webinars/ you’ll see that the sidebar has been pushed down below the content. Thanks for your help!

ParticipantJonah — Did you happen to get a chance to look at this one. I can leave the site temporarily changed for a little while longer…but would like to revert to my temporary fix soon. If you won\’t have a chance to look at this today we can try again tomorrow if you\’re available. Thanks again for your help!

ParticipantJonah — FYI: I ended up restoring a recent WordPress backup…and in the process reverting to Events Calendar 2.0.11. I’ve been in touch with the theme developer (Progression Studios) and will look at upgrading to Events Calendar 3 once I have more compatibility information from him.

Participant@Jonah Nope – still a problem. All my widgets which should be next to my posts (ie: http://dbhas.info/13pKRwY) and pushed to the bottom on all my event pages (ie: http://dougbardwell.com/db/events/). Never had that problem in v2.

ParticipantCorrection above: should say “all my widgets ARE pushed to the bottom of my event pages.”

Participant@technicallysimple – sounds good. Sorry I didn’t have a chance to take a look at things yesterday.
@photodb – unfortunately this is something you will need to work out on your own. You’re going to need to try switching templates under Events > Settings > Display, maybe try changing the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” option too, or you’ll need to go into the templates themselves and modify things so you get the look you want. You may need to hire someone to help you with this. Good luck!July 8, 2013 at 11:25 am #53828Jonah
