ParticipantWe have been using Events Calendar for a few years. In reviewing the new ‘ical importer’ add-on, I have a couple of questions.
We are a public university, and so we likely qualify for your nonprofit program. I am unsure if we have ever applied to be a part of that program, though (I have taken over management of our WordPress environment, and was not involved with the 2012 purchase).
1. Is the ‘credit us on your site’ request a hard requirement to be included in the nonprofit program? If so, is there an .edu discount we could receive instead?
2. We plan to expand our use of the events calendar on our new site (multisite environment), would we be able to continue receiving support by maintaining a personal license, or would we need to purchase a multisite license to receive premium support as a nonprofit?
3, Are add-on licenses required to be at the same tier as the Events Calendar Pro license? For example, if we have a multisite license for Events Calendar Pro, would we be able to purchase the ical importer add-on for a single site, or would we need to purchase a matching multisite license for ical importer?

MemberHey there, @UMaine!
Thanks for reaching out and great questions.
I would definitely encourage you to apply so we can process the application.
If you were to apply and be accepted, we cannot process refunds outside of 30-days of purchase. However, a premium license entitles you to support here in our premium forums (which a non-profit license does not), so you would still be able to get use out of your license up until it expires.
A multisite license would be required for support on a multisite network. You could certainly purchase a personal level license for any of our add-ons to get support for that add-on for the site it is registered to. You could get a business level license if you would like to up the support for multiple sites.
Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know!

ParticipantWe are a public university, but I would not characterize us as politically affiliated. The funding we receive from the government is not political in nature.
