ParticipantWe are running WP4.4.2 with TECP 4.05, ETP 4.0.4, and EDD2.5.7 w/ stripe extension 2.3.8
While testing the ticketing process in test mode, we found that the emailed tickets work fine and you can view the ticket in the email, however when you click on the “print ticket: link on our website after you’ve purchased, it sends you to a page and nothing is on it except for:

MemberGood evening Safety Links and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear about the broken link for “print ticket”.
This must be really frustrating for your users.I just tried to replicate this on my site and was able to reproduce the issue on a very basic WP install.
So this means it is a legitimate bug for which I want to apologize for on the team’s behalf.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point. But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.I am unsure of the cause of this (perhaps the latest version of EDD) ? In any case, short of removing the print link from the email, I don’t have a work around for now but I will let you know if I have one.
Thank you for your understanding and for bringing this to our attention.
Have a great day!

MemberHello again,
As I was logging this in, I was wondering, if you don’t mind, could it be possible to let me know if the print link is broken when not in test mode ?
Thank you once again,
Geoff B.

ParticipantHey Geoff,
OK I tried, in live mode.
There was also another update this morning for TEC, TECP, ET, ETP. I did the update and tested again but still have the same result.
I will hide the ticket link for now.
Look forward to a fix and other features such as the ability to type in individual names when multiple tickets are purchased.
Cheers!

MemberGood day Safety,
I’m sorry to hear that it did not work better with the latest versions of TEC, TECP, ET and ETP, even in live mode.
You are right, the best solution short term is to hide the print link.
Sorry about the inconvenience and let us know if you need help with that.In the meantime, I also noticed EDD went to version 2.9. Perhaps that’s worth a try as well.
We are working hard at coming up with a fix and on new features as well 🙂
Thank you for your understanding,
Have a great day!

MemberHello,
Thank you for reporting this issue. We weren’t able to get a fix for it into our upcoming release (4.1). However, please know that the problem is still on our radar and is ticketed within our system to be addressed in a future maintenance release. We’ll do our best to keep you posted when we are able to get a solution in place. Thank you for your patience while we improve and expand our plugins.
Best,

MemberHey there!
I just wanted to chime in and let you know that Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus 4.1.2 were just released and included a patch for this issue. Please update to the latest version when you have a chance and let us know if you continue to have any issues.
Thanks so much for your patience while we worked on this!
Geoff
