e-mail updating not working under tri.be account

    Dear all,
    Is there a way to update the “ACCOUNT DETAILS:” and “BILLING ADDRESS” under the update profile? I save the new information but it will not change, even thou it said all saved.

    Just to confirm i am talking about the “account details” not the “profile details”
