As this workaround seems not to work, I’ve passed this issue to our lead front-end dev so he makes sure we’re adding prefixes to prevent conflicting with WooCommerce’s CSS (I’m still not sure why WC CSS needs to load on our admin page, to be honest).

We’ll have a fix as soon as possible.

Bookmarked so I can follow this thread. Our site is using Genesis with a custom skin.

I am having a same issue. but not on “Add New Venue”. The issue is happening on “Community Event” add-on where users can submit their own events. The drop down for “Use Saved Venue” is covering other fields.

    Hi everyone,

Sorry for the delay here. One of our developers has been working on this but we are so far unable to recreate the issue, but we will continue to look into this.

Can you please all post with your theme (if you haven’t already) and also, if you are running WooCommerce and/or any WooCommerce extensions? Also, please double check that you are running the latest version of our plugins, WooCommerce, any additional WooCommerce plugins, and your theme. That would help us to hone in on the issue at hand.

Thank you for your patience and support here.

    Best,
    Leah

@Adam, any update here? Did the latest WooCommerce update fix the issue you were seeing?

    @Ashley
    – definitely try updating to the latest on everything and see if the issue resolves. If you are up to date on everything and the issue persists, please email the login credentials to pro (at) tri.be.

@Les and Dave – I hope that the latest version of WooCommerce will help you out here, but unfortunately there is some known conflict between The Events Calendar and Genesis, so we may not be able to do much for you here.

@ Takuya – what theme are you using? And are you running the latest in WooCommerce?

Thank you all for your patience.

    add my two cents here:
    from another thread: https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/conflict-with-woocommerce-subscriptions-plug-in/

I was asked to give the theme, I’m not really using a woocommerce specific theme, just an adjusted version of a regular wp theme called tfingi (tfingi.com).

But the issue doesnt really have to do with the theme, I mean, I can simply deactivate wooCommerce subscriptions plugin and the wootickets admin works fine. enable woocommerce subscriptions and the dropdowns get ‘stuck’ and enabled like I show in the screenshot here http://y.kidw.ai/QgiQ

    Hi everyone,

I was able to replicate this issue when I have Woocommerce Subscriptions enabled. Do all of you have this add-on activated? In anycase, try this gist inside your theme’s functions.php

    https://gist.github.com/windfarm/6225952

It will prevent Woo’s admin styles from loading when adding a new event. Please let me know if this fixes things, if problems persist, or this causes other issues.

    Cheers,
    Kyle

Yes, I do have subscriptions plugin enabled.
    I tried adding that script.
    Still getting unwanted drop downs.
