Display of organiser details / theme clash

Hi,
I have a them clash with displaying the organizer details. They show up in the html, but are not all displayed on the single view.
This occurs regardless of the template I use. However, they display perfectly in the 2011 theme. I have turned each plugin off in turn and none seems to make a difference.
Several forum posts suggest a similar problem but they all petter off to closed before getting to a solution.
I wonder if you can you give me a clue where to look / what to do to have a go at fixing this.

Do you have an example of an event I can take a look at where the HTML for the organizer is there?

Hi Graham,

I think this could be the problem. You’re hiding the .author class in your CSS: http://cl.ly/image/2z300Z0K1d3Y – can you adjust that style so it’s more specific?

Of course – I didn’t want authors showing on the site and now I can see that this is the class Events is using – thanks for the diagnostics.
