After testing the ticket shopping process I wanted to clean things up in the backend by trying to delete all previous orders, attendees and tickets for one event.

I wanted to get rid of all the fake attendees that had accumulated due to the testing and cluttered the backend but didnt find any option to delete attendees.
So i first deleted all the orders for a ticket from within woocommerce, just to find out that had no impact on the attendees. Still there.

So next thing i did was deleting the ticket which had around 100 (test)attendees, and creating a new ticket with the same name as the previous one.

This messed up everything. Status Quo:
I can go through the order process on the site and everything works fine there, but as soon as i get redirected to paypal the order summary is empty and paypal states i have “an empty shopping cart”

Further more: all the test attendees still show up in the backend, even though i deleted both the orders and the ticket itself.

First all works fine (shopping cart process on the site, paypal redirection, payment on paypal, shipping of the correct amount of pdf tickets per mail,
reduced stock etc) but after deleting all previous orders, deleting the only ticket-type there is and finally deleting the event itself just to set up everything again the system breaks >> buying process works fine until being redirected to paypal where the shopping cart is empty

All this in my clean test install running only woocommerce, wootickets and TEC on a twentytwelve theme.

    Hi Robert,

I’m going to look into this; I have a feeling you may be experiencing a slightly different symptom of a problem we already know about (and hopefully have fixed in our development code) …

If you can bear with me a little longer I’ll get back to you when I’ve ascertained if it has indeed been fixed or if it is something that still needs more attention.
