Deleted eventbrite events still showing on calenda

I accidently added a duplicate event in eventbrite and synced it to the calendar. However, when I deleted the extra event within eventbrite, the event was still showing on the calendar. I then had to go into the calendar and delete it off of there. That seems redundant, especially since the eventbrite status on the event within the wordpress editor said “deleted.” Why does it still display then?

What you describe is in fact the default behaviour. I can see how this doesn’t work for your particular case, but in most cases I guess users won’t want their events to be automatically deleted from their site, specially when events are created in WordPress and then synced with EventBrite.
