    **Apologies you can delete this post. I solved it. I discovered the error was due to the single.php being mistakenly uploaded to the theme root directory in addition to the events folder.***

    Hi There,
    I’m having an issue with the default “Recent posts widget” in wordpress. When I have your plugin installed the widget displays my recent news posts but when I click on the link it thinks they are an event and gives the following error:

    This event has passed.

    July 3, 2012
    End:
    July 3, 2012 10:07 am

    iCal Import + Google Calendar « Back to Events

    This applies for any links to news posts throughout the site.
