ParticipantWhen I set the default number to 1 it shows up on the form, but click the Confirm RSVP button and it does not display the name/email input form. It does show the prompt to complete the form (as if the name/email input areas were visible).
If I put in a different number in place of the 1, and click outside of the input area, the input fields appear. If I then input 1, and click outside the input area, the name/email input area appears.
Appears there might be a conflict with it expecting the input of the number 1, not that it would be there by default.
Tried this on my desktop with both Safari and Chrome (latest versions did not show input area) but my iPhone 6 did.
I have read the other postings on default tickets. Am I alone in this experience?

ParticipantHey Jerry,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Would you mind sending over (in a private reply if you’d like) the link to the site where you’re experiencing this issue so I can verify something? It sounds like there may be an issue here with the plugin expecting the default value to be 0, however that can be modified to be another value and that could possibly be what you’re running into here like you mention.
Thanks!

ParticipantThanks for your quick response. I too believe the trigger event of entering a number is bypassed when defaulting to 1 in stead of 0.
The ticket area to RSVP is here: http://www.writingpractice.com/event/writers-read-out-july-10/
I am in the middle of people responding to an invite, so I set default amount back to 0. If you need to see it with the default at 1, we can make that happen after July 10.
Be well,
Jerry

ParticipantHey Jerry,
Thanks for following up here!
Would you mind sharing the approach you’re using to pre-setting the value to 1?
I’ve been testing on my local install with the latest versions of the plugin and if I do a template override to set the value to “1” then on initial event load the meta fields are showing automatically for that ticket on page load. If I then add more, the number of attendee additional information boxes displays as expected still.
Thanks!
