Date not showing on last day of Recurring Event

Hi all,
I currently trying to set up an event for a theatre show that has showings on the following days:

Feb 20 – 7.30pm
Feb 21 – 7.30pm
Feb 22 – 7.30pm
Feb 23 – 2.30pm (matinee)
Feb 23 – 7.30pm
As no your and no other calendar plugins allow you to add more than one occurance per day, I’ve tried to craete the events by doing the following:
1) Create the standalone matinee performance on the 23rd.
2) Using the duplicate post plugin, I create a duplicate of the above.
3) I then have set this duplicate to start and end of the 20th, and recur for 4 days ending on the 23rd.
Whilst this system has created the correct number of posts, the final recuuring event does not show the event date when in list view. You can see a screenshot of this here:

Can someone explain what this is happening please? It’s driving me nuts and I’m very low on sleep. 😉

Yes, that looks very much like the same behaviour as you find with a stock installation of WordPress – the user has already been told that they are looking at events (posts) for a particular date and so the date isn’t printed out a second time, unnecessarily.

Not everyone likes that and it can be changed. I’ll just throw a snippet together if I can – in the meantime please ensure you have read up on our template overrides tutorial.
