Date bar and

Hello,

I do like this fantastic calendar plugin and have just run it on my site.

But I have two litttle issues.

The first one is about the date bar.
I use the calendar in polish language, a label of the date picker “Day of” is not translated and I have absolutely no idea where to change it.

The second issue is about the event list view.
On my list there is given an event location twice, one in italic and one in normal font. (It is duplicated since the beginning, I have not changed it). I suppose this is the name of my locations list and the location itself. But it looks bad on my site.
I need to remove the italic one. And again, it is not possible to me. I was trying with src/view/list/single-event.php, but with no success.

Could you please help me fix these two problems?
