Hi,
I’ve updated my older Czech translation files for all 4 plugins to be on par with the current 3.5.x versions. You can download them here:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/72628741/tribe-events-calendar-cs_CZ.zip
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/72628741/tribe-events-calendar-pro-cs_CZ.zip
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/72628741/tribe-events-community-cs_CZ.zip
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/72628741/tribe-fb-import-cs_CZ.zipNote: I’ve fetched the strings directly from the source code and not from the POT file so there are some inconsistencies in number of text strings.
Cheers,

Thanks for working on these! The ones for Facebook Events and The Events Calendar look nice and complete, but you’re missing some of our newer license-key-related strings in Community Events and Events Calendar PRO. I updated the files you sent with the latest .pot files so that you could fill those blanks in. You can download the files here. Once you have those down, upload them again for me and I’ll test them out 😀 Thanks for all your help!
Best,
Leah

Thank you for checking out the translations. But I’m afraid I can’t use the updated files you provided me, because the POT files for all plugins are a bit outdated right now.Firstly the missing license-key-related strings you mentioned are no more present in the source code, so it’s pretty useless to translate them.
Secondly, and this is more important, there are some strings missing in the POT files. This is caused by parsing the source code with incomplete list of functions keywords in the PO catalog. You are searching the code only for ‘__()’ and ‘_e()’ functions but there should be more like ‘_n()’ or ‘_x()’ which are also used in the source.
Personally I’m using this list of keywords in PoEdit:“X-Poedit-KeywordsList: __;_e;_n:1,2;_x:1,2c;_ex:1,2c;_nx:1,2,4c;_n_noop:1,2;”
“_nx_noop:1,2,3c;esc_attr__;esc_attr_e;esc_attr_x:1,2c;esc_html__;esc_html_e;”
“esc_html_x:1,2c\n”So if you are not willing to use my translation files as they are, please update your POT files against the source code from current release and search for the complete list of ‘gettext’ functions in WordPress.
This will be valuable to other languages as well.I hope this is a more accurate explanation than my previous note.
Cheers,
Petr

Thanks so much for all your help here. I discussed your notes with our developer who handles translations, and she agreed with your comments. She has since corrected the keywords for our plugins so that the .pot files will be more accurate.
I’ve gone ahead and added your translation files to the plugin for the next release. Thank you so much for your assistance!
Best,
Leah
