Custom work – customised new event booking form with time select

Hi I was wondering if anyone can do custom work on a community form and events.

I need new fields for each event that records the actual time the event will be in a certain venue, often event holder’s need 2 hours to setup a room and 2 hours to clean up, this is what needs to be on the event registration form and displayed on a booking calendar.
