Contributor role can not save date and other event data

Hey every body. It would seem on our copy of ECP any of our contributors can save the title and post entry for an event but no date, venue, or other event specific data is being saved. In order to get them to save I have to elevate their rights to author or higher which I don’t want to do. Any ideas?

Hey Matthew. Thanks for the note. We’ve gotten a few reports of this already; unfortunately there’s a bug with how contributors interact with the plugin in the 2.0.3 code that is likely causing this. Best I can offer up at this point is that we’ll have a fix in 2.1, which we’re working on now and should be out within the next month. Sorry I couldn’t share more here.
