ParticipantHi, Love the new functionality – Looks good
I have an issue in that the Community Ticket “Add New” and “Edit” area is missing in both backend and frontend creation and edit views and are replaced by “Event Cost” creation box. This is for Admin and Community organizer.
It is only visible and editable for Community Events by Admin in the backend view under Dashboard/Events/Edit.
Regards

ParticipantHi All
I have gone through the Testing for conflicts and still cannot get the Community Tickets Add new Ticket to show in the Community: Submit Event form.
Will appreciate if you could help.

ModeratorHey Albert,
Welcome to the forums!
Sorry to hear about the troubles. Would you mind deactivating both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, then reactivating them? Once you’ve done that, visit an add/edit new event page and see if the Community Tickets section shows back up for you.
Let me know how it goes and we’ll take it from there. Thank you again and enjoy your weekend!

ParticipantHi Hunter
Got the issue resolved.
Your comment about deactivating and reactivating got me checking in the right direction. I found that Community tickets was activated, but not showing in Events/Licences anymore and did only showed “Ticket” in admin mode.
The “Testing for conflicts” didn’t solve the problem either so i delved further with settings and reactivations.
My steps was.
1. Deactivate the following plugins:
The events Calendar
Event Tickets
Event Tickets Plus
Community Events
Community Tickets
2. Switchthe theme to Twenty Sixteen.
3. Re-install WordPress from the Dashboard/Updates.
4. Activate all plugins that was deactivated in step 1 above.
5. Checked in Events/Settings/Licences that all plugins with their licences show as activated.PROBLEM SOLVED !!!
Thanks for the help – Best wishes.
