Community: Submit Event Not Working – Help!

For my site we purchased the plug-in allowing our readers to upload their events via this form. It’s not working. They are getting error messages (every single person) and we cannot figure out what needs to happen to correct this. We’ve checked as much as we can and are at a stand-still. Help!
