Colouring the calendar

I’ve tried to follow the instruction of this post : https://theeventscalendar.com/ and it is OK for the events displayed in “month” calendar.
However, I was not able to change the attributes for the “pop up”, which still remain dark grey background for the title, and white background for the description.
Did I miss something ? Please help !
