Changing text from events to activities?

Simple and straight to the point question.
Is there an easy way of changing the wording from events to activities?
I know I can do this by editing the plugin files itself, but I’d prefer not to because of updates overwriting my changes.

Thanks for getting in touch! Try pasting this code into your theme’s functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/ckpicker/2bf2f68517fb6237a4d3

You’ll probably need to customize the code to add another statement to change ‘Event’ to ‘Activity’ also.
