Change Organizer to Organiser

Hi there,
can anyone point me at an easy “how to” to change “Organizer” to “Organiser” on all my Events in Events Calender Pro?
I’ve found a lot of info about it, but nothing that is easy to implement.
I’ve had a look at the Say What” plugin, but I’m totally stumped as to figuring out what string to target.
I only want to change one, thing, surely there’s an easy why to do it?…

Good question. The Say What plugin is a great choice and would definitely work, though I see how htat could be confusing as well. As an alternative, try adding this snippet to your functions.php file and see if it helps.

You may need to modify the snippet for your specific theme or functions.php file format, but it should point you in the right direction.
