ParticipantHi,
just to let you know, in the future you should never use the Custom Post Type names in translations with %s. E.g. “All %s” as “All Events”. Just a few reasons:
– In many languages you don’t write all terms with the first letter capitalized. E.g. in Finnish a translation for “All Events” is not supposed to be “Kaikki Tapahtumat”, but “Kaikki tapahtumat”.
– Especially in Finnish, not all instances of “Events” are written in the same way. Depending on the context, it could be:
“All Events” = “Kaikki tapahtumat”
“Search Events” = “Hae tapahtumista”
“View events” = “Katso tapahtumia”As a rule of thumb, you should not expect other languages to follow same grammar rules as English and force some specific terms into translation strings. The older format that you used allowed us to make proper, professional translations. Now the texts will always look a bit unprofessional and stupid as we cannot translate them properly. =(

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues with the translations.
I have shared your concerns with the staff and we are working on a way to resolve this, but I do not have any details on it right now.
