Change 'Find Out More' link to 'Register' for specific event category

I want to change the Find Out More link to read Register in the events list – but only for a specific category. I have managed to change it for all events … but I don’t know enough php to write the if/elseif statment that I figure needs to be done …

Would really appreciate being pointed in the right direction to make this happen 🙂
