Bulgarian translation

Hi,
I’d like to use the Event Calendar plugin in Bulgarian. Since I don’t see it in the list, I would like to volunteer and translate it into Bulgarian language. I’m fine with translating also Event Calendar PRO, since this is requirement from your side to include a new language to the Event Calendar plugin in your next release.
