Bug: ticket sales and stock filter not showing

Hi,

showing the actual ticket sales and stock with the APM filters is a very useful feature.
Unfortunately it does not work with 4.2 anymore.
The reason is the following:
The constructor in .\wp-content\plugins\event-tickets-plus\src\Tribe\APM.php
checks for the existance of the class Tribe__Events__Pro__APM_Filters__APM_Filters.
But this class will be constructed only later on in
.\wp-content\plugins\events-calendar-pro\src\Tribe\Main.php (line 1662)
based on the hook ‘plugins_loaded’ (line 182) which only fires
AFTER all plugins are loaded.

Would be great if you could fix this little defect in the next version.

Thanks so much for the report and sorry for the hassle! This is actually a known bug that has been reported shortly after the release. A fix will be included in maintenance release 4.2.1 coming out this week so this should be solved in a few days.
