    Hi,
    Can someone help me to setup the attendee list to reduce the number of tickets sold if a ticket is cancelled or refunded following the completion of the sale as I am concerned that this could generate confusion for my client (Incorrect number of tickets sold).

    I had a quick look through the settings and cant see how this could be achieved, any help would be great.

    Hi Sam,

    So I think you’re referring to the fact that if you have sold 5/20 tickets and then cancel an order for 3 of those, the sold count remains at 5/20 – is that correct?

    If so that is currently expected behaviour (and, strictly in terms of how many were sold, regardless of cancellations – which do not always mean the person or persons will no longer be in attendance – is accurate). We do have some changes in the works though that will make it easier to completely remove entries from the attendee list and though I can’t unfortunately guarantee when those changes will roll out do know that we’re aware the current situation causes some amount of frustration and we plan to revise it.

    Hi there,

    I just wanted to let you know that we have been working diligently on a fix for this issue. Our next release will be available soon and should correct this problem. Please keep an eye on your Plugins and Updates pages for a version update. If you are still having problems after updating, please start a new thread with the details and we can assist you.

    Hi Leah,
    Thank you for informing me of this development. I think this will be a great fix and beneficial for hopefully not just myself but others.

    Any idea on time scale for the new release?

    Hi! The next release is literally in the final stages of preparation. We never provide a precise timeline for upcoming releases but it should be very soon 🙂
