The two options given 1.) Manually create a ticket or 2.) Create a custom coupon code, each come with their own issues. We have recurring events set up so if I were to say reschedule someone who registered for Basic Skills there are hundreds of products title “Basic Skills”. There is no easy way to determine which product corresponds with the day/time my customer is interested in. As for creating a coupon, we have dozens of reschedules every month so this would completely overwhelm the coupon admin panel when there are other legitimate coupons we are trying to track. So neither solution is really conducive to our needs.
I assume these are the only options, so my follow up question is are there plans to make rescheduling available in a future update and if so, what’s the timeline? Unfortunately for how our business operates the lack of an easy rescheduling option is a deal breaker, but I’d be willing to wait it out if this is on the horizon.
