Am I Missing Something?

Hi

OK so I have a Woocommerce/The Event Calendar/Wooticket 3.9 enabled site.
I want to do something really simple.
I want to have the Ticket order form for a specific product displayed on a Page.

I’ve searched and searched and can’t find a simple answer…
Help?

Also can I upgrade the license to a Business 3 site license? If so what is the cost and how do I pay or do I need to purchase another license separately?

Hey there, Jayc!

Good question. You’re not missing anything, there’s just no easy way to embed a ticket form on other pages.

You could certainly use link people directly to single event pages – which you could customize to look just like your existing pages. However, I’m afraid that simply embedding the ticket form is not a feature right out of the box.

We are always taking feature suggestions on our UserVoice page, embedding ticket forms is something you’d us to consider. In fact, I found a similar request that you might want to add your vote to.

Also can I upgrade the license to a Business 3 site license?

Definitely! You can upgrade your license at any time right here on this site by heading to My Account > License Keys, then clicking the Upgrade option next to the license you want to upgrade. The cost will only be the difference between the two licenses rather than the cost of a full new license. Y0u can read more about our upgrade process here.
