ALL tickets disappeared after last update

    Hi there,

    I did the most recent updates to event calendar pro and event tickets plus and now ALL of our event tickets have disappeared!

    Please help, I spent over a week putting over 800 tickets in and now they are gone.

    This happened after an update before but they reappeared after a second update.

    Is there anything I can do to retrieve them?

    *Update*

    I have checked in the Woo Commerce products area and I can see all the tickets are there; they are no longer appearing on each event page though which means that our customers can’t book tickets.

    Please help!

    Figured it out – plug in had been deactivated and I hadn’t noticed.

    All sorted now 🙂
