I see this didn’t get fixed yet as there is still the spinning wheel of death on your site, which i also happen to have on my events page. Have you found anything yet?
OK the spinning wheel is a NextGen Gallery conflict…. I am downgrading that plug-in now but i still get stuck on navigating between months when the date is called.
I will test more and update this thread as I find out more.ok this is the error now when navigating in the full event calendar (not the widget)- /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 Internal Server Error
I get this in the month view when navigating by date either by link at bottom or the date picker.
I also get this in weekly view by date either by link at bottom or the date picker BUT ONLY when navigating from a no event week to a week with an event.Hey again Suzanne! Wanted to follow-up with you here. Samuel has spent a good chunk of time checking this out and we’re sadly still a bit stumped. What we see happening is that on some month views and week views navigating with AJAX gets a 500 error, and if looking at the output received the handler has balked at this point:
which is excerpt functions for both views. We’re unable to identify why in your config this may be occurring. I’m offsetting this to another dev, but know that it may be a bit longer (though still sometime this week) to get you sorted here. If you have any ideas that might help us shed some light on that particular point noted above, it’d be helpful. Otherwise I’ll be in touch when I have something else to share.
Hey Suzanne, I’ve been talking to the devs here…any chance you’d be willing to provide us with a database dump from your site, so we can take a peek under the hood? That’s probably the best bet to figuring out what’s up here.
