After upgrading no rights to access PRO

Hello!
After having upgraded I get the message that I have no rights to access the settings of Events Calendar Pro, though my license is still valid. Maybe I got something wrong during the update process …
What would you recommend to do?

Hi Christopher – that doesn’t sound good. Can you tell me what the exact message is – does it only occur when you try to access Events > Settings or are other admin screens also affected.

Last but not least, have you updated both Events Calendar PRO and The Events Calendar so that they are both running version 3.x?

Hi Barry!
I get the following message in German: “Du hast nicht die erforderlichen Rechte, um auf diese Seite zuzugreifen.”, which means: You don’t have the necessary rights to access this page. And it happens when I try to enter the settings from the plugin page. This message page is except for the phrase blank.
The PRO settings can be reached from the usual settings of EC in the right wordpress-sidebar. And all the PRO stuff is working as well, as far as i can see. so it really is restricted to the plugin page. So it doesn’t affect may workflow.
And yes – both are 3.x

You’re right – that’s clearly a bug and we’ll try to clear that up as quickly as possible.

Since you can still access the settings (Events Calendar PRO shares the same settings system as The Events Calendar itself) you should be good so long as you don’t use that particular link.
