ParticipantAfter updating The Events Calendar from 3.12.3 to 3.12.4 the Filter Bar Ajax doesn’t load in content after selecting a category on the filter bar. I have to click “Find Events” to filter and be able to choose a different category. This is happening on employees.roundrocktexas.gov. I have not updated our main roundrocktexas.gov site because of this filter bar issue.
I’ve tried disabling all other plugins and switched to 2014 theme but the filter bar isn’t changing content after selecting an event category. I can only get it to work if I click the button “Find Events” after selecting an event category on the filter bar.
Any suggestions?

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I am able to replicate the issue and going to see about getting another on the support team to replicate as well then we can go from there to replicate.
Thanks Helen for bring it up as well. Also Helen, I can certainly help you here, but we can help you better if you create your own topic in the forum, where we can interact with you one on one. Also, we encourage you to post on your own topic because every time we post it will email the author of the topic.

MemberHi,
So we do have an issue here with both 3.12.4 and 3.12.5
We are working on a fix, but if you downgrade to 3.12.3 that will resolve the issue until we can get a release.
You can download older version of the core plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
And follow these steps for manual updates:
Thanks

ParticipantMe too. 🙁 The site is completely non-functional after the upgrade to 4, which I made two days ago.

Having said,
If you follow the steps outlined above to downgrade to 3.12.3 that will resolve the issue until we can get a release out in the first part of the week.
Thanks

MemberHey there, good news! We just released a patch for this issue and it’s available right now in The Events Calendar 3.12.6. Please update and feel free to hit us back up if any other issues pop up.
Thanks for your support while we worked on this!
