Admin feature request: Setting to disable mouse scrolling on Google Maps

Same feature as this forum post (In fact, the code to do it is there):

Turn off auto-scrolling on google maps

The thought about custom coding plugins is that it’s usually a bad idea because it can cause hesitation in updating, so I’m requesting a single checkbox in The Events Calendar > Settings > Map Settings that reads something like “Disable mouse-wheel scrolling in Maps”.

That’s a great suggestion – but please do post it on our UserVoice page (just to ensure it enters our proper stream for processing feature requests … it also allows us to see if other users support the idea).
