    Hi,
How can I add fields that ticket purchasers need to complete in order to buy a ticket?
    Thanks,
    Josh

    Hey @Josh,

At this time there is not a way to add such fields 🙁

If you are skilled with custom coding, you can write code to achieve this – or hire someone to do do this for you – but there are no default features within our plugins to do this at this time.

It’s a feature we have long been working on and are hoping to implement at some point. I do not have a specific ETA on when these features will arise, however.

We cannot help with writing custom code (see “Product Support” here: http://theeventscalendar.com/terms), but if you’re a bit skilled with code you can use our “Themer’s Guide” to learn the basics of customizing our plugin templates, and could use these methods as a basis for adding custom fields → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

Sorry to disappoint! I hope the information here is helpful nonetheless.

    Sincerely,
    George

    Thanks!
It’s too bad this plugin doesn’t integrate with Gravity Forms.

    Hey @Josh,

It’s indeed a bummer that there’s not more specific integration between both plugins – however, both do indeed work well alongside each other, and with Gravity Forms a little bit of custom coding can go a long way.

I’ll close up this thread for now, but before doing so would like to share one last thing that might be helpful – here’s a list of customizers that are highly-rated in the community: http://m.tri.be/18k1. If you’re ever on the hunt for good professional help, that list is a great place to start!

    Cheers,
    George
