Hi Sandie, there are a few facets to this. The first thing to be aware of is the following aspect of WooCommerce:
I added an offline ticket via the ‘Add Order’ option … On checking, WooTickets now believes there to be 13 tickets and the product in WooCommerce still shows 12 available
That is just how WooCommerce functions. We did initially think it was a bug however it seems it is by design. So on that front, per feedback from one of the WooCommerce developers, you would need to manually adjust inventory to work around this.
For the rest, our next release should tackle the problem with new orders not being picked up by WooTickets – do note however that a further issue where previous orders are manually adjusted will not be addressed until a much later release.
