Added Thumbnail in Month View, But Doesn't Want to Have Thumbnail In Responsive

Hi,

I have modified the single-events.php to display thumbnail for each of my event on a desktop screen.
However, I would like to keep the default display after the breakpoint.
So, what should I do in order to accomplish this?
