We at The Events Calendar have previously stated that we support PHP 7.4 and up, but with the release of PHP 8.2, it has come to our attention that we should be a bit more specific about what we support.
Given that WordPress itself very recently supports PHP 8.2 we haven’t yet been able to test all of the scenarios in which errors might occur, so at this time, we do not yet fully support PHP 8.2. Rest assured, we are working on making our plugins compatible with PHP 8.2 so that we can harness the security and performance benefits that this version has to offer.
Our goal is to fully support PHP 8.2, and we have been updating and testing our plugins extensively to improve coverage. However, there might still be some incompatibilities. If you see any errors related to PHP 8.2, please let us know by filling out a support ticket, so we can further improve our codebase.
