    Hi Brook,

    I’ve tried what you suggested, and when I change the slug name to something else, everything works as it should. But when I change it back to “tickets”, it breaks again. I don’t have any pages or posts that uses tickets as a slug.

    Hm, the Debug Bar doesn’t have a tab for “Requests”. Any other way I can get the error logs?

    Hi Leah,

    Thanks for getting back so quickly. Yes, I’ve installed the latest version of both plugins.
    My bad, I realised I didn’t click “Add New Ticket” – so yes, I believe the plugin works.
