I am having this same problem. In my case it is definitely the WordPress Genesis theme that is the issue. This is the full warning I am getting:
Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /home/tennisct/public_html/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/functions/general.php on line 293
