ParticipantHello,
Checking back in here. It’s been a little over a week since I’ve heard anything regarding the Daylight Savings time change issue. Do you all have an update for this issue?
The month view event ordering was corrected by the latest update.
Thanks for your help!

ParticipantHi András,
My answers to your questions are below…
– No changes were made to the website when DST ended.
– See attached Screen Shot 1
– Please visit http://www.clarksburgbaptistchurch.com/calendar/ and look at the events for any Sunday. They should be ordered by time (AM to PM). However the first event listed is at 7PM followed by two events at 12:15PM, followed by a 11AM event, followed by a 4:30PM event.
– Yes, we are definitely using 4.3.2 (I may have copy/paste the system info that I provided before updating)
– Previously I would go in and manually change the times for all the effected recurring events.
– See attached Screen Shot 2Thank you for helping to resolve this issue!

ParticipantI am having the same issue. I changed the stylesheet to look at the other options and now I can change back to the “Tribe Events Style”. Unfortunately, now my calendar looks really bad. Is there an ETA on when 4.2.1 will be released? Thanks.

ParticipantHey Barry,
Thanks so much for tracking down the conflict between Series Engine and The Events Calendar. I skipped a step and just straight to installing the helper plugin you shared and that seems to have fixed the problem! Are there any known issues that the helper plugin may cause? I just checked some of my other manually created redirects and they all still seem to be working. Just wanted to know if there were any potential issues I should look out for.
Just to confirm, even when I disabled the Series Engine plugin previously it would not have corrected the problem correct? Just hoping I didn’t miss that it resolved the issue! haha
Again – thanks so much for helping track down this issue and sharing the helper plugin!
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Barry,
Just tried that again (had tried it earlier after looking at some other threads in the forum) and nothing seemed to change. Still taking some of the recurring events to http://clarksburgbaptistchurch.com/all/

ParticipantHi Barry,
I am absolutely sure that SEO Redirection isn’t causing the issue. I just disabled that specific plugin again to double check and the issue is still occurring.
When I click on an event, for example “Traditional Service” (a recurring event) it takes me to the page http://clarksburgbaptistchurch.com/all/ – which does not exist.
But if I click on “Clubhouse252” (which is another recurring event) it works completely fine.
Unfortunately, I really do not have the time to create a test site and go through all this setup. So that’s not an option for me at the moment.
Again – it only happens with certain recurring events, not all, which seems extremely odd. If it was a conflicting plugin I would assume that it would cause the issue with all or even the entire calendar. Could be wrong in that assumption though. 🙂
Any other suggestions or ideas as to what the issue is? Would it be beneficial for you to login to my site for any reason to look at settings or anything?
Thank you again for your time and help.
– Andy

ParticipantHi Barry,
Thanks for your reply. The events were created directly in the Events Calendar plugin – not imported in any way.
The issue was not corrected going through the standard troubleshooting steps to my knowledge. I’d prefer not to do it again as my site is live and I do not like disabling my theme and plugins while it is visible.
I will send my system information a separate private message.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Brian,
Yes – I am using the entire snippet. Sorry for leaving that off previously.
I updated to your new code and it seems to have fixed the issue.
Thanks for your help!

ParticipantFor reference, here is the line(s) of code in question. This snippet was added based on MT Support recommendation back on this topic.
function events_title_tag( $title, $separator ) { return substr_replace( $title, 'Calendar ', 0, strpos( $title, $separator) ); }Thanks,

ParticipantHi Brian,
Thanks so much for the quick response! What is an “isset check” on a variable? How exactly would this look?
Sorry for being a little out of my depth on this one. Not super familiar with PHP.
Thanks,
